The Sumatran Striped Rabbit

The Sumatran Striped Rabbit is one of the least studied mammals on the planet. It lives in the wild, and has been rarely seen. These rabbits have eyes that glow orange, and they only feed at night- the rest of the time they hide. They live, primary, on a row of mountains which are mostly volcanic, called the Barisan Mountains- located in the western part of Sumatra, Indonesia.

Happy St. Patrick's Day☘️πŸ€

πŸ€4 leaf clovers are hard to come by - they're very rare, but it's the☘️ 3 leaf shamrock that's worn as an Irish badge.  Also, the shamrock is a symbol for the Holy Trinity (the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost [or Holy Spirit] of God).  It is said that Saint Patrick used the shamrock to explain "The Holy Trinity" when teaching about it.  And for centuries people have worn a shamrock on St. Patrick's Day, in honor of St. Patrick.  The wearing of the color green is more of a reference, having something to do with "Ireland's nickname, The Emerald Island"  - where St. Patrick had been taken, after being kidnapped. I believe that anyone can be Irish, on St. Patrick's Day, and it's a lovely sentiment - so beautiful.  I might be a little too sentimental, but still - the world needs more lovely & beautiful things.πŸ’• Like it says in the poem "Endymion", by John Keats: "A thing of beauty is a joy forever: Its loveliness increases; it will never pass into nothingness...."  You can read the entire poem here:  http://keats-poems.com/endymion-book-i/

How Will We Be Remembered?

The more I work, online, the more that I am aware of the finality, and brevity, of this life.  It makes me wonder, 'How will people remember me, when I'm gone?'  It saddens me to hear, or read, when someone dies, especially when it's a tragic death.  Sometimes, I read about famous people, online, after their passing, and I've got to say that gossip has no place in an obituary article.  It's just wrong.  I wish that people would, only, write about the things that are best to be remembered about a person, especially in an obituary article.  I know that it will never be that way, it'll stay the way it is, and people will say whatever they want to say, whether it is kind - or not.  The one thing that I, you, and every person in the world has in common - is our mortality,  and that should soften any hardened heart, but it doesn't.  I suppose a person has only to live their life, as best that they can, and not think about how they will be remembered.  Or, they can hire a good PR manager, and press agent, to handle any, and all, press written about them, when they're no longer able to edit a, personalized bio, draft - before it's published.
